Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, labelled and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the product is faulty, damaged or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately so that we can assess and rectify the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable products
Some types of products cannot be returned, for example perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), special items (such as special orders or personalised products) and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-day withdrawal period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, labelled and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.
