How long will it take to receive my orders?

Standard International Shipping: Your order is shipped to your door in approximately 4-15 Days. There are no hidden charges. If the parcel is not delivered within this specified time, feel free to contact our customer support team for an update. (Note: Shipping time does not include shipping time, which is usually 1-3 business days).

How can I track my orders?

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link to help you track your parcel. Alternatively, you can also find the tracking number and tracking link in 'My Orders'. Or you can track your order here. Once the carrier provides the tracking number, we will send it to you as soon as possible.

Are there any additional charges for international shipping?

At Toy Ball Toss ™, items shipped from abroad. In some cases, the shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are charged when the shipment arrives in the recipient's country. Additional fees for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.


Unfortunately, Toy Ball Toss ™ has no control over these fees and Toy Ball Toss ™ cannot predict what the additional fees may be as customs policies vary greatly from country to country.
Please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond our scheduled delivery time. Due to customs regulatory policies, we never list purchased items as gifts or undervalue the price of the item.
